I have owned many similar leather holsters from all the usual suspects and I have to say this one blows them all away. And this from a guy that was pretty happy with the others. The thickness, quality, suppleness, and finish of the leather exceeds that of typical production holsters and break in was actually easier.

The thumb break is even nicer than those I have used as well, with the steel stiffener sewn in between the two layers of leather (not exposed). Well done Don Hume team you definitely will have a repeat customer. It makes no sense to go anywhere else, at the same relative price point the quality of these products cannot be beat.
