Don Hume Leathergoods, Inc. States that all products are warranted against any defects in material and/or workmanship within 1 year of purchase date. It is necessary to contact our sales department for authorization to return product. We offer repair or replacement of any merchandise found to be defective upon our inspection. If replacement is required, or a repair charge is necessary, we will contact the customer for authorization. 

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Contact Customer Service at 918-542-6604 or info@donhume.com within 30 business days of receipt of the item.                                                                        Obtain approval for return and shipping instructions from a Customer Service Representive.                                                                                                            Return the product in new, unused condition for a full refund or an exchange, product will be inspected upon receiving.
