H721-BELT HOLSTER

I have used an H721 on and off duty since my department transitioned from S&W Model 64's to S&W 659 in the 1980s. It is undeniably the best holster I have ever owned, and even today I still carry it for retired service. The original design had the cuts for the belt through the back layer of leather, and I had to modify mine by cutting a matching slot in the front layer as the one layer loops started to show their age. I see in the images, that Don Hume picked up on that and the new version has the slot through BOTH layers with stitched reinforcement. Pretty good value for money with a service life 0f 1982 to 202 2 and still going.
