This product is exactly what I was looking for and the customer service I received was 100% top notch.

After years of wearing an inferior belt from a trendy clothing store, I was looking for something of higher quality. As a gun owner looking towards getting a CCW permit, I wanted something that would function in that capacity as well. Simply put, this is the finest belt I have ever owned! Rigid as a barrel hoop at first, now one month later it has broken in perfectly and makes all other belts look cheap by comparison.

Regarding the customer service: I was on a tight time table when ordering the belt as I was shortly leaving the country. I spoke with the staff in the office about my situation and they were great. They gave me an accurate time estimate and got my belt out to me ASAP.
